Dear St. Matthew Families,
Thank you for your patience. We know that everyone is wanting to know when refunds will be communicated. I assure you that as soon as we have all of the information, we will share it with you. We are currently in discussions with KC about final ice costs and quantifying refund amounts. We hope to have everything finalized in the next couple of weeks.
The St. Matthew Board has been working hard to develop a policy to address the volunteer commitments for the 2020/2021 season. Some families have worked all of their mandatory bingos, others haven’t had the opportunity to work any and many are somewhere in between. We want to be fair to everyone.
Please find attached the new policy regarding the 2020/2021 volunteer requirements.
Information will also be sent out later this week to announce the Annual General Meeting for the club in mid-May. This is when we hold our board elections for the upcoming season. If you are interested in making a difference at St. Matthew, we would love to have you on our board.
